The Warrior Prince has returned from war suffering from PTSD.

Death arrives, to take his life and that of a traveling artist. The Prince challenges Death to a game of Snake and Ladder so he can stay alive to do some good in the world.

Will he succeed? Will Death allow him to heal and to heal others?

A unique interpretation of a childhood game we all remember playing!

Los Angeles based Navarasa Dance Theatre’s revivalist work on Kalarippayettu has been seen by audiences across the US in places like the Lincoln Centre, and in other countries like Canada and India.
