A Dive into History with Letters

As the Pandemic forced us to shut our physical doors we found several new windows to open. We produced our first Cine-Play in collaboration with Stagesmith Productions. We adapted Lavonne Mueller’s Letters to a Daughter from Prison, based on the letters between Jawaharlal Nehru and Indira Gandhi in the backdrop of India’s freedom movement. An intimate relationship and poignant encounter with the words that are all that this father and daughter had, to construct a relationship that goes beyond words.
